This is one of many intrinsically safe variations of the Sensata | BEI Sensors Model H25 Series product line for use in hazardous locations of the marketplace. The H25 offers features such as EMI shielding, high precision ball bearings and matched thermal coefficients on critical components. The encoder meets up to IP66 sealing requirements when ordered with the shaft seal.
